Job Description
Please apply to this position if you are a you are a new graduate RN. The new graduate RN program provides you with the opportunity to orient on a medical, surgical or step-down unit and begin your Sparrow Nursing Career. The program consists of a structured orientation, preceptored clinical experiences on the unit in which you are hired to, and the opportunity to become involved in the New Employee Support Team.
Our process is to identify if you are a Sparrow RN, after you apply your application will be reviewed. If you are selected for an interview you will be contacted via email. At the end of this application, you will be asked to provide your patient population/unit preferences to help us identify positions that best fit your career goals.

Job Requirements
| General Requirements | Basic Life Support Current Michigan license as a Registered Nurse |
| Work Experience | None |
| Education | Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an Associate degree in Nursing Bachelor’s degree preferred from an accredited nursing program |
| Specialized Knowledge and Skills | Clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills necessary to deliver quality patient care. Interpersonal skills for effective communication. Computer literate |
